Hannah is a facilitator, engagement designer and systems thinker. With a background in education and social enterprise development, she takes a creative and ‘connection-first’ approach to designing research processes.

As comfortable in the classroom as in the boardroom, she particularly loves working with people in natural settings. She is a Night Guide at Te Māra a Tāne Zealandia, an Edmund Hillary Fellow and a volunteer with the Wellington Emergency Response Team. She is an active learner of te reo Māori and loves being outdoors.

At ThirdStory Hannah has supported the regional research work around the Power of Play -  a new approach to generating insights into play in communities around Aotearoa, using co-design methods and driven by local play leads with Sport New Zealand support.
