Our story for change

Years of working alongside organisations and systems have shown us that creating meaningful change is never simple. It requires carefully designed spaces to connect, rigorous methods, and an adaptive mindset to shape the right strategy for each unique context. While our experience runs deep, we are finding new ways to articulate our commitment and approach.

Illustrative diagram titled 'Story for Change' showing a pathway from current to future. It consists of three stages: Gather, Illuminate, and Realise. Each stage includes tasks like research, strategy, and implementation. The stages are supported by participatory, relational, and systemic elements.

Relationships, insight and action

As a multidisciplinary team of researchers, designers, facilitators, coaches, subject matter experts, and social innovators, we continually reflect on what it truly takes to make impact—especially in environments where uncertainty is high, constraints are real, and yet, dedicated people are striving to make a difference.

Our story for change shows the heart, head and hands of our offer—grounding our work in relationships, insight, and action.

The story’s elements

A group of people attending a workshop in a room with colorful murals. A presenter is speaking in front of a projection screen displaying a presentation slide titled 'Adopt and Adapt.' The text in the slide is unreadable. An overlaid graphic highlights concepts of 'Gather,' 'Illuminate,' and 'Realise.' The room has tables, chairs, and various participants engaged in the discussion.

We gather what needs to be acknowledged from the past, present and future through:

Learning Communities

Research and insights generation

Evaluation, learning and impact

Gathering people and perspectives

We illuminate the potential for equity, self determination and change through:

Service, strategy and policy design

Prototyping and action learning

Illuminating new pathways
